SSBNB30 - 30" Stainless Steel Pipe Survey Monument (Not Flared)
Nearly identical in appearance to the Iron Pipe / Brass Cap Monument - Significantly more corrosion resistant in even the most aggressive soil conditions
- One of the standard survey monuments used by the U.S.D.I. Bureau of Land Management
- 2" (50mm) Schedule 10 stainless steel alloy 304 pipe
- Safe-D-Notch design has a 3/16" (5mm) radius on a 3" (76mm) long sheared cut
- Four split legs flared to form a self-supporting base anchor
- 3¼" (83mm) diameter silicon bronze survey cap has a domed (convex) surface and is attached to the pipe with a stainless steel rivet
- A permanent ceramic magnet is mechanically fixed to the underside of the cap
