Berntsen makes every effort to meet or exceed your order expectations. However, if an order needs to be returned, please follow the Return Policy below.

Stock (non-customized) Items:
Can be returned within 30 days and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits/refunds are based on the product cost at time of order. Original order freight charges will not be refunded.
Customized Items:
Are non-returnable unless Berntsen is responsible for the error and the error is found within 30 days of receipt. In the case of Berntsen error, replacement will be at no cost to the customer.
Damaged Shipments:
Please contact Berntsen Customer Service and every effort will be made to replace or repair your order.
All Returns:
Must include a copy of the original packing list and Return Materials Authorization form/number. The customer is responsible for return freight costs unless otherwise instructed by Berntsen.
Refunds or Credits:
Will be processed within five (5) business days upon receipt of returned items. Any credit issued will not include original shipping/insurance charges. Any items lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
