Shipping is estimated based upon weights and destination zip code. In the shopping cart section you can enter your zip code to see the shipping costs once you select a quantity. The shipping cost is an estimate. Shipping variables may change amounts after order placement.

We only accept Net 30 purchase orders from government agencies, municipalities and companies who have a previous credit history with us.  Anyone can submit a purchase order that has a credit card supplied for payment.

Berntsen makes every effort to meet or exceed your order expectations.  However, if an order needs to be returned, please follow the Return Policy below.

Please contact Berntsen Customer Service BEFORE returning any item to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Call 800-356-7388 or email: [email protected]

 

Stock (non-customized) Items:

Can be returned within 30 days and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Credits/refunds are based on the product cost at time of order. Original order freight charges will not be refunded. 

Customized Items:

Are non-returnable unless Berntsen is responsible for the error and the error is found within 30 days of receipt.   In the case of Berntsen error, replacement will be at no cost to the customer.

Damaged Shipments:
Please contact Berntsen Customer Service and every effort will be made to replace or repair your order.

All Returns:

Must include a copy of the original packing list and Return Materials Authorization form/number. The customer is responsible for return freight costs unless otherwise instructed by Berntsen.

Refunds or Credits:

Will be processed within five (5) business days upon receipt of returned items.  Any credit issued will not include original shipping/insurance charges.  Any items lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
